Sympathiq Reviews & Product Details

SympathIQ is an online well-being platform connecting individuals with verified specialists across six categories: therapists and counsellors, life coaches, career coaches, dietitians and nutritionists, fitness coaches, and mental or burnout coaches, for secure one-on-one video consultations. Unlike subscription-based wellness apps, SympathIQ uses a transparent pay-per-session model: clients pay a small flat platform fee plus the specialist's own session rate, with no recurring commitment. The matching engine connects clients with a suitable, vetted specialist in under two minutes. Every specialist is identity- and credential-verified before accepting bookings. The platform suits people who want flexible, on-demand access to professional support, whether ongoing therapy, career advice, or nutrition coaching, without a monthly plan. SympathIQ is UK-based and serves clients globally.
