Difficult to configure and maintain. After not using the product for 2 weeks I almost had to go back to the training class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Symantec PAM?

I’ve worked with CA technologies in previous jobs and they are great partners for ITSM focused software companies. Their robust platform and awesome API security offerings are the best in the industry Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Symantec PAM?

Of course like every successful, large company, it can be hard to get support or someone on the phone to trouble shoot. I think this is why pairing them with a professional services company is great because you’ll get an amazing product with better support for when your system goes down Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
