Swob Inc. Reviews & Provider Details

Swob is an AI-powered hiring platform built specifically for the restaurant industry. We help restaurant operators simplify and accelerate hiring by connecting them with qualified, local candidates while reducing the time their teams spend screening applicants, communicating with candidates, and scheduling interviews. Our platform combines a simple, mobile-first candidate experience with Emma, Swob’s AI-powered hiring assistant. Emma helps employers screen and prioritize candidates, manage candidate communication, and coordinate interviews, allowing restaurant teams to focus their time on the strongest applicants. Swob is built around a quality-over-quantity approach to recruiting. Rather than overwhelming operators with large volumes of applicants, our goal is to help restaurants identify relevant candidates faster and create a more efficient experience for both employers and job seekers.
