SwiftReplAI Reviews & Product Details

SwiftReplAI is an auto responder built for Thumbtack. It sends the first reply to every new Thumbtack lead in seconds, inside the Thumbtack message thread, 24/7. It is made for home service pros who buy leads on Thumbtack: movers, house cleaners, handymen, roofers, landscapers, plumbers, electricians, painters and other contractors. When a new lead comes in, you are usually on a job, driving, or asleep. SwiftReplAI answers for you, so the customer hears from you right away instead of hours later. Replying fast through Thumbtack also keeps you eligible for Thumbtack's Fair Shot refund, which asks for a response within four business hours. Two plans: Instant Reply Starter, $29/month. You write one first message in your own words, and SwiftReplAI sends it to every new lead automatically. An AI assist helps you write and polish it. Setup takes under 30 seconds. AI Responder, $97/month. The AI writes a custom reply to each lead with a personalized quote, in your voice and with your pricing, built from your business profile. Setup takes about 5 minutes. Both plans include unlimited leads, a 7-day free trial, and cancel anytime. Annual billing saves 10%: $312/year for Instant Reply Starter or $1,044/year for AI Responder. Our written 60-second reply guarantee is in our Terms. Refund request writer for bad Thumbtack leads. Paid for a lead that was outside your service area, the wrong job, or a dead phone number? Pick which of Thumbtack's refund categories fits, and SwiftReplAI drafts the refund request from the lead's conversation and tells you which screenshots to attach. You paste it into Thumbtack's refund form. Thumbtack reviews every request and makes the final call. The refund writer is included with AI Responder and is a $19/month add-on on Instant Reply Starter. You stay in control. Every message is logged in your lead dashboard, and you can take over any conversation or pause replies anytime. SwiftReplAI handles messages only, no calls. SwiftReplAI connects through Thumbtack's official API, so we never see your Thumbtack password. SwiftReplAI is an independent company and is not affiliated with Thumbtack.
