We can also add the subtasks under the primary one. It also allows me to add some importants notes related to the task like image files, website links, pdfs etc. in the same pane so I don't have to rely on other applications for small things everthing id under one roof. It also has in-built sticky notes, so no need to install any other application for that purpose. It is a lightweight application which doesn't require any kind of additional dependencies. It is fast than the other products in the market. **What do you dislike about Swift To-Do list?** Its UI will make you feel like you are using it in the 2000s era. It is simple but not like modern interfaces because it is not built with some new-age tools. I would love it more if its User Interface were modern. **Recommendations to others considering Swift To-Do list:** Use it if you have a pc or laptop with lower specs as this software is not heavy and doesn't require much RAM. **What problems is Swift To-Do list solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like to use it to manage my daily tasks as here we have options to set the priorities and even the keynotes and files to do those tasks, which most of the other to-do list apps lacks. Other products in the market need more apps to access more features like sticky notes and all, but here we get everything underneath one roof. ### 2. It really keeps you on track with your daily tasks by providing a user friendly interface that keeps all your tasks customizably organized. It has several tutorials to make the first time users comfortable and it has advance settings for people with many different tasks and need that extra level of support to keep on top of your to do list. **What do you dislike about Swift To-Do list?** It is comparable to other software out there that has similar function and purpose. I feel that it could use a modern twist and upgrade to make it be set apart by having a quicker option to change and delete done and completed tasks or have an option that provides an in progress setting for tasks that need more then one time completion. **Recommendations to others considering Swift To-Do list:** It is much better than similar software and allows the average user to become a very on task performer **What problems is Swift To-Do list solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has allowed me to keep all work related tasks in check while providing a wide range of diverse options for managing my work flow. I am able to list and manage all the tasks that I want throughout the day or week. It has a nice looking, easy to use interface. It is a very simple tool. The fact that there is a desktop app instead of just a browser based or mobile experience is a huge plus for me. Having swift open in the background all day is incredibly helpful. **What do you dislike about Swift To-Do list?** The simplicity of the Swift tool leaves a little bit to be desired. This is as straightforward of a task management tool that I have ever used. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but there are features that could be implemented that are not. As I'm sure many others have said, the lack of a Mac version is a big oversight. Many many people in our company would like to use this, but are not able to since it it locked to Windows. A mobile app option would also be a huge help. **Recommendations to others considering Swift To-Do list:** Do not consider using Swift if you work exclusively on a Mac or want to use a mobile app. Other than that, Swift To Do List is a great solution for tracking daily tasks. **What problems is Swift To-Do list solving and how is that benefiting you?** Swift To Do List allows me to track the progress of anything that I want throughout the day. Everyone knows the feeling of trying to remember something that you wanted to get done, but were distracted by something else. Swift makes it easy to keep all of your tasks front and center every single day. As long as I get a second to record the work I need to do, I won't forget it thanks to Swift. ### 5. The other great thing about this software is how I drag emails to it and it organizes an schedules my tasks. It has got a unique reminder system that always keeps me ahead of my tasks and the fact that it has got iconic spreadsheets that ease organisation and tracking of tasks thus making it one of a kind. Key to mention is that indeed the software is a one time payment and that indeed in itself is an incentive to businesses of all kind. **What do you dislike about Swift To-Do list?** Besides the fact that the software is not integrated yet onto the Mac OS makes it a little problematic for its users and thus that being the only downside that I have experienced at the moment, so I had to improvise with a Windows laptop. **Recommendations to others considering Swift To-Do list:** Personal and business organisation is key to any entrepreneur and thus being to deliver on one's commitments is no mean thing and thus everyone needs an assistant in those aspects to keep them up to tabs with their assignments and this is what this software offers. **What problems is Swift To-Do list solving and how is that benefiting you?** Personally, the greatest benefit is being efficient in all I do and keeping ahead of my tasks and having an effective reminder system that enables me to deliver on my projects but also better respond to my clients requests and demands. ### 6. To each To-Do List I can add an emoticon and also reminder notes. It also allows me to add files, email addresses or website links.
