**What do you like best about Svix?**

Building webhooks into an API is one of those tasks that seems easy—until you're in the middle of actually doing it. After evaluating several options, we decided to go with Svix due to its robust feature set and developer-friendly approach. The integration with Svix went very smoothly, requiring minimal changes to both the backend and frontend. The data model is well-designed, and the user-facing webhook management view provided by Svix integrates seamlessly with the rest of our app. The UX for managing webhooks has also been great—we’ve received almost no support requests from customers. Overall, it has been an excellent experience for both developers and product teams in our organization.

**What do you dislike about Svix?**

The paid plan is quite expensive for a early stage startup like us, but they offer a startup plan that makes it easy to get started.

**What problems is Svix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having to build webhooks into an API.

**What do you like best about Svix?**

They provide everything your customers will need out of the box. Their APIs and SDKs are great and required minimal lift from a dev perspective. Their abstractions are also quite good.They also have great support, with the team reaching out every once in a while to make sure things are running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Svix?**

Nothing really comes to mind in terms of "what I dislike." With little dev effort, we were able to embed a webhooks experience for our customers to use right away.

**What problems is Svix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team needed to build a webhooks feature into our application, which can be quite a large lift for a fully self-service feature. Svix came with all of the requirements we needed right out of the box, so no need for us to become webhooks experts in order to expose a feature for our customers. Additionally, anything a customer can do within the embedded experience, we can do with Svix's APIs, so there's a level of flexibility that allows us to be extra iterative.

**What do you like best about Svix?**

We've been using Svix for the last 2 years at scale in production. It took us a few hours to implement, and has been flawless ever since we first got it set up. I'm amazed at the quality of the service - we've never run into a bug or production incident during the entire period we've used Svix.

When we do have questions, their support is amazing. I've only needed to ask 2 or 3 questions in my entire time using Svix , and I've received a response within 3 hours in all circumstances.

I would highly recommend Svix to anyone needing to send webhooks.

**What do you dislike about Svix?**

I don't have any complaints about Svix. It's a great service.

**What problems is Svix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Svix is a managed webhooks service. Because we use Svix, we don't need to set up, manage, and scale webhook infrastructure ourselves.

**What do you like best about Svix?**

Svix delivers a great product experience to our customers and to our own developers. Webhook delivery is an important part of our product experience for many of our customers and when we started looking at solutions we had a laundry list of features that we wanted to deliver including storing past webhooks, reporting on delivery attempts, replaying previously sent webhooks, etc. Svix checked all of the boxes and getting integrated was very straight forward. Their tooling and dashboard make things very nice to work with. Svix has been running in production for us for over a year, has delivered millions of messages every month, and has not dropped a single message.

In addiiton to the product, the team at Svix is incredible to work with. They jump on every issue we have raised and really driven to solutions. They've gone above and beyond for us and are warm and friendly people as well.

**What do you dislike about Svix?**

The biggest downside of Svix is that you are putting a directly customer facing system in the hands of an external partner. This would be true of any external vendor and Svix has delivered strong reliability for us. Additionally, the open core model that Svix has at least makes it possible to move to something self managed if you really need the extra control. My bet is you won't.

**What problems is Svix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Svix provides reliable webhook delivery, retries, delivery attempt history, webhook monitoring, administration, and testing.

**What do you like best about Svix?**

Svix makes it trivial to add a custom webhook portal for each of our users. We even use it internally as a replacement for SNS. Customer support is very quick to respond on Slack. 

In terms of performance and relability, we use Svix in production and it handles hundreds of thousands of requests flawlessly.

**What do you dislike about Svix?**

It's an amazing product, no negatives at all.

**What problems is Svix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Svix replaces AWS SNS for us internally, and also gives our API users the ability to register their own webhooks and subscribe to events via a prebuilt portal. Can't imagine having to build this from scratch!

Could use some more telemetry features to allow it to be more of a built in observability platform

**What do you like best about Svix?**

We setup webhooks insanely quickly, and have barely needed to touch our integration since.  Our customers are happy they can setup webhooks quickly and easy, and we are happy that everything "just works"!

**What do you dislike about Svix?**

The default UI isn't the prettiest, and we haven't attempted to style it to match our design.  Because there's so much functionality in it, it'd be hard to build from scratch.

Svix powers our webhooks -- allowing our customers to receive updates on events that happen inside Clerk

Svix makes it easy to get started with webhooks that scale with your product. I have been a user of Svix in my previous company and we now partner with Svix on implementing better standardization for webhooks. Svix has been a great and reliable partner to the developer community.

Nothing right now! Their customer service has been outstanding.

Svix is helping to developer community adopt a common webhooks standard, which in turn makes it easier for Stainless to generate quality SDKs with webhooks support for our customers.

**What do you like best about Svix?**

Svix is easy to integrate and provides a robust, highly available service. We were especially impressed with the Consumer Portal and the out-of-the-box React hooks for building deep integrations in our application. Our customers like the transformation; it makes it easy to integrate our webhooks with external applications.

Nothing, really; Svix does the job well.

**What do you like best about Svix?**

One of the standout features of Svix is its advanced capabilities that streamline webhook management. The platform offers a lot of functionality such as the ability to resend webhooks and filter events. Svix also has great support. We were able to launch with Svix in less than a month.

Svix's UI, which we mainly used for admin works, but could improve on the performance side.

Svix is helping us manage out own webhooks features and iterate quickly on customer requests.

**What do you like best about Svix?**

We no longer had to waste 10+ hours a week triaging our broken internal webhooks system. Engineers could instead focus on product specific work.

**What do you dislike about Svix?**

When you have MANY events, it can get expensive.

**What problems is Svix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Webhooks.

Lob's core business is automating snail mail. With Svix, Lob engineers could focus on the core product instead of spending hours working with our brittle, failing, and old internal webhooks system.

**What do you like best about Svix?**

Svix has been totally rock solid for us. Really straightforward to implement. It’s a huge relief to offload all the webhook management to Svix, letting us focus on our core business.

**What do you dislike about Svix?**

Can't really see any downsides, it should be that you hand over the control to a 3rd party but it has not been a problem
