**What do you like best about Surge AI?**

Surge AI stands out for its ease of use, flexible data labeling workflows, and responsive customer support. The platform allows you to quickly set up complex tasks, monitor progress in real time, and ensure high-quality annotations with minimal overhead. It’s incredibly helpful for teams that require high-quality, human-labeled data for machine learning or LLM fine-tuning.

**What do you dislike about Surge AI?**

At times, the pricing can feel a bit high for smaller-scale projects or startups on tighter budgets. Also, while the UI is intuitive overall, some advanced options are buried in submenus and could be more accessible. It would also be helpful to have deeper analytics built into the dashboard to track long-term trends in data quality.
