**What do you like best about SupplyPro GM?**

Support is much better than it was in the past. The team is extremely professional and helpful, within the limits of what the software can do.

**What do you dislike about SupplyPro GM?**

Scheduling is all over the place and requires too many workarounds just to accept work orders and get them into the proper date range. The software didn’t build on the success of the old tool. The mobile app lacks almost every feature that would add value; it needs the ability to accept work orders and complete work orders, and it also needs a tab for “All Work Orders.” Overall, the Supply Pro GM software adds time and frustration to our day instead of saving time.

**What problems is SupplyPro GM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides my work order documents and lets me sign lien releases, but it doesn’t offer much value for $300 per month.

**What do you like best about SupplyPro GM?**

I find SupplyPro GM easy to use and appreciate that it provides organization for jobs and documents. I love that it has a great support team that's always available to help if we need it. I also value the customization features that let each user tailor their view to see the features they need. The support team has been extremely helpful during the transition, even reaching out to ask how the program is working and making changes to accommodate our needs. The setup was seamless, which made the transition smoother for us.

**What do you dislike about SupplyPro GM?**

I don't love the color scheme as the orange font is sometimes hard on the eyes, but contrast can be changed to accommodate on the main computer.

**What problems is SupplyPro GM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SupplyPro GM simplifies scheduling and rescheduling, making communication with general contractors easy and efficient. It's user-friendly, organizes jobs and documents well, and offers excellent support.

We use SupplyPro GM to manage our day to day operations, and it has made a big difference in staying organized and efficient. Before using it, tracking jobs, schedules, and communication was time consuming and sometimes confusing. Now everything is in one place, which saves us time and reduces mistakes. The system is easy to use, and the support team is always helpful. It has definitely helped streamline our workflow and improve our productivity.

**What do you dislike about SupplyPro GM?**

One challenge with SupplyPro Gm is the learning curve. It takes some time for new users to fully understand all the features and workflows. Once you learn it, it works well, but onboarding could be simpler.

Supplypro GM helps us stay organized, manage jobs more efficiently, and improve communication. It reduces manual work, keeps everything in one place, and saves us time, which allows us to focus more on growing our business.

I like how SupplyPro GM keeps us on schedule and that our client is on the same page as us, which makes coordinating installation for windows on tract home projects smoother.

I found the initial setup of SupplyPro GM to be hard.

I use SupplyPro GM to schedule window installations for tract home projects. It keeps us on schedule and ensures our client is on the same page.

**What do you like best about SupplyPro GM?**

The app offers comprehensive project management tools. I can effortlessly monitor budgets, track expenses, and generate detailed reports. This level of financial transparency has proven invaluable in keeping projects on track and within budget.

Another aspect that impressed me is the app's compatibility across different devices. Whether I'm accessing it from my desktop, laptop, or smartphone, I can seamlessly switch between platforms without any loss of functionality. This flexibility ensures I can stay connected and productive, no matter where I am.

All members need to be listed as users , so I had to add additional members as we went

**What problems is SupplyPro GM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supply Pro , has significantly improved communication and coordination among team members. Previously, we relied on phone calls and emails, which often resulted in miscommunication and delays. With this app, we can now easily share updates, assign tasks, and collaborate in real-time. It has brought our team together and streamlined our workflow.
