It makes my life easier because waiting for things to load is a nightmare. I also find the AI transcription, chapter creation, and editing capabilities awesome; they are always on point and help those watching the videos get to what they care the most about. The MCP connector with Claude is very important for me because I'm a heavy user of it. It allows my Claude agents to read and understand the videos I've recorded with Supercut, which saves a lot of time and allows to automate workflows such as bug reporting and fixing. Last but not least, I think the UX in general is amazing, making it a very polished product. Supercut is simpler, faster, and works better than other services we tried before, and I love that the setup is super fast and easy. The desktop app needed to record is super lightweight and perfect, which is extremely helpful. **What do you dislike about Supercut?** I don't have any major pain points, honestly. They are doing a good job at cleaning the video from filler words, but maybe because I'm not a native speaker, it's not always perfect. If the video is very important, I end up doing a bit of editing to get it right. **What problems is Supercut solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Supercut to report bugs and share demos, product opportunities and feedback efficiently with my team. Its ease of use and slick design stand out to me. I really like the speed of Supercut and how quickly I can get the transcript and shareable links, which look super good. It's very efficient for quick onboarding, too. The tool serves as a directory for my recordings, allowing me to revisit them later. The quick sharing feature is especially valuable since it saves me time. **What do you dislike about Supercut?** I feel like Supercut could improve as a meeting recorder. I know it's not intended to be that, but I've been using it in that way and it could definitely get better there.
