What do you like best about Super?

It combines a lot of tools that I woud otherwise implement seperately, and by nature then would be disconnected. Email, to-do lists, reminders, calendar based notifications... these are all things that I have other tools for, but would much prefer they work in concert so that nothing falls through the cracks. What do you like best about Super?

Easy to use, easy to learn, and easy to have everyone adopt the platform; residents can continue to use text and email if they want, and aren't forced to download anything or go through a tedious onboarding – an issue we had with other software in the past that left us with a lot of terrible missed communication holes.

Super has been an improvement to our communications as a building, both internally, as well as with folks like staff and our vendors. Plus, I like that all of this information and past communications are cataloged and stored so we can always pull up a certificate of insurance, why we made certain decisions, or decided to hire a particular contractor. What do you dislike about Super?

New features are developed and rolled out pretty frequently – not really a dislike though because I feel like they're actively thinking about how to make the platform better, and generally it's very intuitive and easy to get the hang of the new updates. What do you like best about Super?

Self-managing a condo is running a very specific type of business. And if you don't have experience running a condo business, it can very quickly feel overwhelming. Super provides the structure and organization for running a condo business. In a way, it's like the command center. I appreciate that local compliance requirements are baked into the tasks for our building - we never had to start from scratch. What do you dislike about Super?

Super, like any good software, is a work-in-progress. Meaning, as more people and buildings get onboarded, more opportunities for improvement are uncovered. There's nothing I inherently dislike about Super. There are a few features that would improve it's usefulness (for example, adding the ability to deep link the Super folder structure to external files) but those have been communicated to the team and are in progress. What do you like best about Super?

I use Super every day as my hub for coordinating all the maintenance required to keep my buildings in good shape. All my resident requests are tracked, and I use it to plan for my regular maintenance activities from one central place.

They make it easy to collect rent, see spending, and make sure I'm on top of NYC laws and regulation. I use it to store building documents and filings, like registrations, leases, and compliance inspections.

It's very easy to use, and I've tried apps like Trello and Airtable but they aren't perfect for property management. I really like that Super is built for management teams. The residents enjoy being able to text or email directly without an app. Super also helped me avoid potential issues with tenants by having the history of communications to point to. What do you dislike about Super?

I was waiting for rent collection to launch and have just gotten started with it now. So far so good with getting the renters set up with autopay, but it's only been a couple months so I have not experienced how it helps with late payments yet (hopefully I won't need to). What do you like best about Super?

Super has totally changed the game for my building management company. I usually use the web app on my laptop and it definitely saves me time on many aspects of my management duties. It was easy to learn and very user friendly, even when using on my iPhone. Communicating with my residents is so much more helpful because they don't need to send huge long email threads that get lost after too many forwards. I can easily view all my conversations and overal issues in one place. The time saved because of how much easier it is to communicate with my tenants and contractors as well as other people involved in the building community.

When I had one snafu I noticed that the Super Customer Support was quick in responding to me and it was a REAL person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Super?

Like any transition from Google drive / Excel spreadsheets I had been using for so long, there was a learning curve but it was quick because their customer service is extremely helpful and again, a REAL person! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Super?

As a board member, Super makes it much easier to communicate with everyone in my building. Super is easy to and easy to learn for even some of our less-tech saavy neighnors. Not only do I have more visibility into what is going on in our building, but I love that there are lots of new features being rolled out regularly. Super's compliance monitoring tool is game changing. Massive stressor that is eliminated as a result of using their tool Overall - I've been able to stop relying on overly complicated spreadsheets (that I spend so much time teaching people about when I'm trying to get them to take over some of the work that I do).
