**What do you like best about Super?**

I’ve been genuinely impressed with Hire Super. The onboarding was seamless—clear timelines, zero friction, and everything set up faster than expected. But the standout is their customer service: responsive, proactive, and truly invested in solving problems. Every interaction feels like white‑glove support, and they consistently go the extra mile. It’s rare to find a team this reliable and attentive.

**What do you dislike about Super?**

The voice agentic AI isnt perfect yet (nobodies is) , so we still run into minor transcription or response issues.

**What problems is Super solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Super is solving the bottlenecks that used to drain our team’s time. It’s driving down the hours our staff spends on the phone by automating routine leasing inquiries and FAQs, so calls that do come through are higher quality and faster to resolve. It also does a great job routing interested prospects directly to our website, which boosts qualified traffic and conversions. The net benefit is a more efficient workflow, faster response times for prospects, and a team that can focus on higher‑value tasks like tours and resident experience instead of repetitive phone triage.

**What do you like best about Super?**

I get all of my calls answered anytime without having to hire a receptionist or call center, and also onboarding has been very easy with the team

**What do you dislike about Super?**

It's AI, so it's continuing to improve but the team at Super is on top of rapid changes and taking feedback.

No need for training and hiring a full-time receptionist, this solves that and can answer multiple calls at any time

**What do you like best about Super?**

It combines a lot of tools that I woud otherwise implement seperately, and by nature then would be disconnected. Email, to-do lists, reminders, calendar based notifications... these are all things that I have other tools for, but would much prefer they work in concert so that nothing falls through the cracks.

**What do you dislike about Super?**

It's hard to say because there's nothing out there like it. While there are always more features I can imagine, they're adding new ones all the time (mostly before I can imagine them!).

**What problems is Super solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As someone who lives in one of the properties I magage, it saves me from being cornered by tenants on my way in and out the door. Since they know we use Super, they also know that sending a message is the easiest and most effective way to ensure that any request gets handled promptly. It feels like I have all of the benefits of a super, without the cost.

**What do you like best about Super?**

Easy to use, easy to learn, and easy to have everyone adopt the platform; residents can continue to use text and email if they want, and aren't forced to download anything or go through a tedious onboarding – an issue we had with other software in the past that left us with a lot of terrible missed communication holes. 

Super has been an improvement to our communications as a building, both internally, as well as with folks like staff and our vendors. Plus, I like that all of this information and past communications are cataloged and stored so we can always pull up a certificate of insurance, why we made certain decisions, or decided to hire a particular contractor.

**What do you dislike about Super?**

New features are developed and rolled out pretty frequently – not really a dislike though because I feel like they're actively thinking about how to make the platform better, and generally it's very intuitive and easy to get the hang of the new updates. Plus, customer support has been well...super with all our questions.

**What problems is Super solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizes directory of residents plus all relevant contacts, files, communication, and information across our hoa. Simply has everything we need to take care of our building.

**What do you like best about Super?**

Self-managing a condo is running a very specific type of business. And if you don't have experience running a condo business, it can very quickly feel overwhelming. Super provides the structure and organization for running a condo business. In a way, it's like the command center. I appreciate that local compliance requirements are baked into the tasks for our building - we never had to start from scratch.  The ability to delegate tasks is really easy, as well as sending out building-wide announcements.

**What do you dislike about Super?**

Super, like any good software, is a work-in-progress. Meaning, as more people and buildings get onboarded, more opportunities for improvement are uncovered. There's nothing I inherently dislike about Super. There are a few features that would improve it's usefulness (for example, adding the ability to deep link the Super folder structure to external files) but those have been communicated to the team and are in progress.

**What problems is Super solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining building issues through the task system so that our very small team (2 people on-site) can address quickly.
Surfacing all NYC compliance deadlines through the task system to ensure our building is safe and compliant. 
Easy directory to keep track of unit residents and owners.

**What do you like best about Super?**

I use Super every day as my hub for coordinating all the maintenance required to keep my buildings in good shape. All my resident requests are tracked, and I use it to plan for my regular maintenance activities from one central place. 

They make it easy to collect rent, see spending, and make sure I'm on top of NYC laws and regulation. I use it to store building documents and filings, like registrations, leases, and compliance inspections.

It's very easy to use, and I've tried apps like Trello and Airtable but they aren't perfect for property management. I really like that Super is built for management teams. The residents enjoy being able to text or email directly without an app. Super also helped me avoid potential issues with tenants by having the history of communications to point to.

**What do you dislike about Super?**

I was waiting for rent collection to launch and have just gotten started with it now. So far so good with getting the renters set up with autopay, but it's only been a couple months so I have not experienced how it helps with late payments yet (hopefully I won't need to). I do have confidence if there is an issue because the support team is quick to respond.

**What problems is Super solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time and organization. 

I manage a few properties in New York. It helps to have everything in one place: messaging, tasks, building contacts, compliance, docs, and building finances. Previously, I was having to juggle between Google Docs, Trello, email, text, Google Drive, and picking up checks every month. Renters would call me directly about issues when I was out, and it would be hard to keep track of everything, especially with buildings in different neighborhoods and New York's growing list of compliance.

I really like that they help minimize the volume of emails/texts/calls to me directly. That was really overwhelming before bring on Super.

**What do you like best about Super?**

Super has totally changed the game for my building management company. I usually use the web app on my laptop and it definitely saves me time on many aspects of my management duties. It was easy to learn and very user friendly, even when using on my iPhone. Communicating with my residents is so much more helpful because they don't need to send huge long email threads that get lost after too many forwards. I can easily view all my conversations and overal issues in one place. The time saved because of how much easier it is to communicate with my tenants and contractors as well as other people involved in the building community. 
When I had one snafu I noticed that the  Super Customer Support was quick in responding to me and it was a REAL person.

**What do you dislike about Super?**

Like any transition from Google drive / Excel spreadsheets I had been using for so long, there was a learning curve but it was quick because their customer service is extremely helpful and again, a REAL person!

**What problems is Super solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Now that I use Super I cannot imagine going back to my old methods, and I wish this had existed sooner: it would've saved me so much time and eliminated daily stress!  I now have clear visibility across the entire property in terms of my team and the residents and the issues: all in one place. Before I had  about 300 balls in the air with different threads, emails, calls, voicemails, spreadsheets, work orders etc. Things we're always getting lost, literally and figuratively!! Now all my communications and tasks are in one place including the history log. Now that all my time isn't being spent on disorganized items, I can actually spend time on bettering my building and the residents have all noticed how much smoother and taken care of things are since I transitioned into using Super.

**What do you like best about Super?**

As a board member, Super makes it much easier to communicate with everyone in my building.  Super is easy to and easy to learn for even some of our less-tech saavy neighnors. Not only do I have more visibility into what is going on in our building, but I love that there are lots of new features being rolled out regularly.  Anytime we've had an issue, the Customer support is responsive and personal.

**What do you dislike about Super?**

While there are always additional features that I'd like, I find that Super is very open to feedback and I feel like l am always heard.

**What problems is Super solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find that Super has has bought back hours of time that I used to spend on administrative work getting everyone back on the same page.  I literally cannot imagine going back in time to log a work order from email anymore!

**What do you like best about Super?**

Super's compliance monitoring tool is game changing. Massive stressor that is eliminated as a result of using their tool Overall - I've been able to stop relying on overly complicated spreadsheets (that I spend so much time teaching people about when I'm trying to get them to take over some of the work that I do). The team is highly responsive and amazing, with a deep passion for truly making their customers' lives better.

**What do you dislike about Super?**

As with any tech platform, sometimes you have to wait a little before features you really get excited about get pushed. That being said, the Super team is great when it comes to taking feedback.

**What problems is Super solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the hardest things to deal with as a property manager is the myriad of ways residents can get in touch with you - it is hard to keep track of everything you need to. Super puts all resident communiations in one place. With the platform, I no longer worry about missing important messages or about starting a conversation on one channel before moving it to another.

We joined during their beta phase, which means we had to wait for new feature releases. Glad to see them out now. This does mean we were sometimes some of the first testers and got to give feedback into how the product developed which was great!

**What problems is Super solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves hours of time sifting through emails, to do lists and agendas. Super. does all of that, which provides more time for our management team to proactively manage buidlngs.  It improves our external communication with board members and quickly provides updates and feedback at their convenience.

**What do you like best about Super?**

Super allows me to easily submit requests and communciate effictevely with my property management team. The interface is clear and direct for quick accessibility.

**What do you dislike about Super?**

There is not much to dislike as it's a great improvement in comparison to the antiquated tenant/property management platforms that exist.

**What problems is Super solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Super is solving the communication lines between tenants and their property management groups. It's beneficial for me because I no longer recieve redundant emails, text ,etc. There is transparency and clarity in the status of my requests.

What is the most helpful with Super, is that with all the different task I do day to day it allows me to remain sane and understand what delieverables im working on for that buidling.

**What do you dislike about Super?**

I think the past due emails can become quite much.

**What problems is Super solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that super is solving for me on a personally leave is that its allowing me the abilty to not need to remember everything as it keeps tracks off approves and board diccussions.
