The main thing is help when you are stuck. On the free plan you are pretty much on your own, so it is the community forum, Discord and Google until someone happens to answer. When I was creating my database it was a little challenging to find out where to create the tables or how to import table metadata. I was using Mysql locally and there wasn't any guide on how that will be converted to postgres. A little more transparency or control over the schema would be nice.
