I find all the features in Sucuri really valuable, especially the backup, CDN, and web application firewall. It's a really good set of features, all combined together, at an affordable price, if the business can afford it. They do a fantastic job with the CDN, the web application firewall, the scanning system, and the backup system. All these together make a really good mix that helps manage websites pretty well. I think the customer service was a bit hard to reach because they have certain timelines. It's a trouble to reach them, but they do respond after some time. Also, I had some timeout issues when talking to the web server. If the processing takes more than 180 seconds, it just disconnects and gives a timeout error. There's no way to change this timeout. The initial setup takes a little bit of time because you have to do things like adding DNS records, putting in files for scanning, and granting SSH access for backups.
