I find all the features in Sucuri really valuable, especially the backup, CDN, and web application firewall. It's a really good set of features, all combined together, at an affordable price, if the business can afford it. They do a fantastic job with the CDN, the web application firewall, the scanning system, and the backup system. All these together make a really good mix that helps manage websites pretty well. I think the customer service was a bit hard to reach because they have certain timelines. It's a trouble to reach them, but they do respond after some time. Also, I had some timeout issues when talking to the web server. If the processing takes more than 180 seconds, it just disconnects and gives a timeout error. There's no way to change this timeout. The initial setup takes a little bit of time because you have to do things like adding DNS records, putting in files for scanning, and granting SSH access for backups. THis WP plugin was easy to implement and we use it everyday toi keep track of changes and such on our site. It is an excellent addition to have on our WooCommerce site. Its been extremely easy to integrate with our site. I have not had to reach out to customer service for any support yet, but they offered contact info in case I had issues, which is nice. I requested a refund after 3 days (for the following reasons) but was denied:

- Site monitoring still shows no blocklist (we are).

- server side scanner says its activated (green) with 0 warnings, yet if you look at the audit logs it is not working at all "Unable to run server side scanning "

- "backup not detected" yet we're hosted by your partner wp-engine which automatically does daily backups

- does not show any firewall active, yet I supposedly activated it in the plugin via API days ago

- history has 3 days of scans now, with no issues found, yet the entire site is still blocklisted

- I have received no support on the firewall activation or troubleshooting despite repeated requests in tickets and chat. My ticket ###### was assigned to a new person nearly 21 hours ago. Is it really that complicated of a request?

- I have received no support related to the origin of the current blocklist despite my specific inquiries that have been ignored

the only good thing is the assistants in the chat bot are actually responsive right away. It's the follow through with their ticketing system with their techs that is the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I just purchased a year-long subscription with them a week and a half ago to help remove malware from my site which has now been down for over a week. Every time I want to get a response from the tech team, I end up having to reach out to the chat bot to request an urgent response to my previous message. It seems like the tech team only response when I send an urgent message to the chat bot assistant. My website has been down for almost 2 weeks because of malware and it seems there's absolutely NO urgency on their part to help fix my issue. They removed most of the malware but there is still malware on my site and I keep reaching out to them to remove it and am receiving snail-paced responses. Sucuri keeps my site safe behind a Website Application Firewall (WAF). It also helps with website speed as it has CDN speed enhancement. It also monitors my site for malware, which they will remove if found. The support is helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wouldn't say I like that I have to whitelist ips if I have a plugin or web hosting technical support trying to help me with my site. I always have to remember to get their ip, or they can't log in to my site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sucuri team helped us take care of things when somehow there were adware kind of files (which populated weird pages on google search for one of the sub-domains) on the Server.

And, I like Sucuri's Website Backups, this helps when your hosting doesn't include one and you are looking for effective solutions for taking backups, that allow you to restore files with a few clicks as well. I like how it is easy to setup, and how it can give you CDN and WAF service in the same place. We are not worried now, about being attacked. Very useful in case of e-commerce website or wordpress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User interface, Web site and dashboard navigation, and customer support extremely hard to navigate. Next to impossible to get support people to speak English rather than technobabble.
