Substrait AI Reviews & Product Details

Substrait AI is an autonomous lead engagement platform that integrates with CRM systems such as Sierra Interactive and Follow Up Boss without requiring data migration. The software analyzes lead histories and interactions to determine personalized next steps without relying on generic templates. Operating continuously, it engages leads across the database without manual intervention, composing messages that reflect the real estate team's communication style. Built-in compliance features include Fair Housing language screening, time zone texting enforcement, and opt-out detection. The platform respects lead preferences, honoring stop requests immediately and using silence to inform future actions. When team members engage directly, the AI shifts to a support role, logging notes and updating records. Onboarding includes a shadow phase with supervised sending before full automation. The software automates task scheduling, profile updates, and CRM record completion.
