SubsiMail Reviews & Product Details

SubsiMail is a self-hosted cold email sequencing platform that operates on servers controlled by the deploying organization, keeping prospect lists, email templates, and inboxes in a local database. It supports multi-step email sequences with threaded follow-ups, merge tags for personalization, and reply detection to stop sequences when contacts respond. Contact management includes CSV/Excel imports, list segmentation, and custom fields, with detailed event history for opens and clicks. The platform integrates with Gmail, Outlook, and SMTP/IMAP accounts, sending emails through existing accounts with features like daily sending caps, randomized intervals, and time-zone-aware scheduling. Global suppression lists handle unsubscribe requests across campaigns. Team features include unlimited accounts, role-based access, and an audit trail. SubsiMail offers webhook integration, a REST API, and deployment via Docker or standalone binaries for Linux and Windows.
