**What do you like best about Subscribili?**

I love that Subscribili simplifies our in-office dental plan, making it look professional and simple for both the patients and our staff. It's great at managing payments and allowing for monthly payments, which alleviates a lot of work for us at the office level. It significantly reduces the amount of work and management our offices need to do with these plans. Plus, the initial setup of Subscribili was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Subscribili?**

Better analytics would be nice to monitor how many patients are on the plan. Who’s coming and going? I would like to have some sort of dashboard to see how many patients are on the plan and know when people join or leave.

**What problems is Subscribili solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Subscribili to manage payments for our office dental plan, making it easy to handle subscriptions and monthly payments. It simplifies our operations, reduces workload, and presents a professional and simple experience for patients and staff.

**What do you like best about Subscribili?**

I like the different tiered memberships in Subscribili that are designed to tailor around our practice's patients. It's easy to subscribe to with monthly or yearly payment options, which makes it easy for patients to auto-renew and for the practice not to wait for insurance companies to pay. It serves a larger part of the demographic that does not utilize dental insurance. Each plan has discounts on treatments that you would otherwise pay full price for with no insurance. The plans tailored to our practice are great. The initial setup was very easy. Once we figured out what we wanted, the team worked on helping us ramp up the launch.

**What do you dislike about Subscribili?**

Spreading the word. We have done many campaigns and outreach but I think the concept of dental membership plans are newer and not talked about as much as let’s say a medspa membership plan. I think the more we can talk about it in the office the more people we can reach.

**What problems is Subscribili solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Subscribili helps save money for those without dental insurance and offers a better alternative for people with limited coverage. It simplifies billing with auto-renewable subscriptions and avoids insurance hassles. The tiered plans fit various patient needs and provide treatment discounts.

**What do you like best about Subscribili?**

I really appreciate the support from Subscribili and their ability to innovate. They do an excellent job of helping our teams present the plan well. They manage our subscription program and assist patients in getting the care they need. They also provide us with the right resources and genuinely listen to the feedback we provide.

**What do you dislike about Subscribili?**

I think we could do a better job of understanding our metrics and KPIs, as well as benchmarks with how other groups our size are doing. This could help us manage the team better.

**What problems is Subscribili solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Subscribili for patients without dental insurance, offering them an affordable payment plan. It helps present our fees, incorporates discounts, manages marketing, and assists with online scheduling and training, ensuring patients get the care they need.

**What do you like best about Subscribili?**

I use Subscribili to provide patients an alternative to insurance plans for deep discounts on our services. I like the ability to easily enroll patients into a plan and their customer service team is great. They are responsive, and their integration with CareStack (PMS) allows treatment plans to reflect pricing, which is super helpful. The initial setup was quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about Subscribili?**

A quarterly business review to show opportunities to better use Subscribili for our team would be helpful.

Subscribili helps us provide an alternative to insurance with discounts, save money with in-house plans, and stay connected to our practice. Enrolling patients is easy, and their customer service is responsive.

**What do you like best about Subscribili?**

I like Subscribili's customer support and technology. The onboarding process was really straightforward and supported. The team has always been really responsive and has helped us navigate our questions with ease. The technology itself has a great UI and UX, making it very easy to use for both our team and our patients.

**What do you dislike about Subscribili?**

For the chiropractic side, I don't believe there's a direct integration with the practice management software we use, which has made things a little bit more challenging. But it is still doable.

**What problems is Subscribili solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Subscribili to manage memberships, attract new patients, convert those without traditional insurance, and increase revenue.
