Pop up messages on customer and prospects computers, it's easy to install (on WordPress). Works well on mobile and desktop. **What do you dislike about Subscribers?** One area we have had issues is with customer support. They offer email support, which can lead to delays in receiving help, especially when dealing with technical issues. **What problems is Subscribers solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are always looking for ways to engage with customers, especially when we have a sale on or launch a new product. Subscribers.com does this with push notifications so even if they aren't online at the time of the push they will get it when next online. We have seen an increase in revenue at sales time due to more people being aware. We work this in comparison with email and SMS, whilst those channels have remained constant we have seen revenue increases. ### 2. It is supported by many browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc. Using this tool, we can push once and deliver everywhere. We can track all the notifications in the GUI. It has so many features. **What do you dislike about Subscribers?** The price is higher compared to other providers, which I don't like. **What problems is Subscribers solving and how is that benefiting you?** No need to write code for push notifications, no need to integrate with all the APIs. No need to manage mobile and user tokens. So it helps me in many ways, conserving my time and money. ### 3.
