The biggest problem for me is that Sublium does not handle some very normal requirements of an established physical retail business particularly well. Product prices and shipping rates change, and customers may buy subscription and non-subscription products together. Some of the solutions suggested to me would have required custom code, and recurring shipping arrangements can cause problems when circumstances or carrier rates change.
The free version did not allow me to properly test these scenarios, and no Pro trial or test environment was available. I was effectively told to purchase Pro to test my requirements and request a refund if it proved unsuitable.
After lengthy discussions with support, I concluded that it was unsuitable and requested that refund. My refund request was ignored. I contacted Sublium again after trying unsuccessfully to resolve the matter through PayPal, and received no response to that request either.
For me, the combination of important limitations for a physical retail business and complete silence once I requested a refund makes it impossible to recommend the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
