It really helped increase our visibility and we were able to respond appropriately. The industry benchmarks are very helpful as well and helps our leaders make better decisions. The VIP monitoring is amazing and with so many breaches we got early alerting and covered our VIPs before the issues started getting worse. The platform was very simple to use. Each tab had info that your security should investigate. Support was quick to answer our email requests. **What do you dislike about StyxView?** V2 to V3 floated a few old issues in the platform up. That's really it. **What problems is StyxView solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brand protection, Dark Web monitoring, threat intel, VIP protection and finally regulator guideline to have threat intel capabilities ### 2. The platform delivers a comprehensive 360-degree view of the attack surface, while also including features for brand and sentiment analysis. The solution was easy for us to implement, and it was a seamless experience. We became operational immediately and began to glean insights right away. **What do you dislike about StyxView?** There is a large amount of data, and summarizing it can occasionally be challenging as with any tool. However, I appreciate the ongoing improvements Styx makes to help us better analyze trends and highlight the most relevant and urgent risks. **What problems is StyxView solving and how is that benefiting you?** Styx enables us to bring together a vast and complex attack surface into a platform that is both easy to use and manage. In today's era of constant digital transformation, exposure points can frequently go unnoticed. It feels like they really value your feedback and they are making a lot of positive changes to the platform. It feels like it's constantly growing and evolving with every passing month and becoming more and more useful. **What do you dislike about StyxView?** A few issues and bugs on the platform which have caused scores to be inaccurate, some findings staying around even if they've been resolved, etc. You do get the sense that this is a new product being created by a small-ish development team, however the benefit of that is also that the team is very responsive and fixes these issues quickly (so it's not all bad, just something observered). **What problems is StyxView solving and how is that benefiting you?** External attack surface monitoring, brand infringement detection ### 4. The detail of information provided for any particular issue is extremely helpful and cuts down on time to remediate if required. The Styxguard team is supportive, knowledgeable and responsive! **What do you dislike about StyxView?** Nothing negative to note at this point for the company. **What problems is StyxView solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a heavily regulated company, using Styx provides us with proactive tools to monitor our brand and external footprint.
