Formation Reviews & Product Details

Strongside Formation is a simple office app for independent insurance agents who'd rather spend their time with clients than chasing paperwork. It puts call-backs in one place so nothing ends up on a sticky note. It reminds you before carrier recertifications and licenses come due, keeps track of carrier contracts while they're pending, and gives you a home for the projects that keep getting pushed back, like starting a seminar series. We built it for small agencies, including one-person shops, that run on a personal touch. It's set up around the way you already work, so there's no big CRM to learn. You add pieces as you need them. You pay for each piece as it's built and can stop anytime and keep what's built. After that, it's a flat monthly fee, with no per-user charge. Hosting, backups, security updates and small changes are included, and you can export your data anytime.
