We are able to import from Carestream PracticeWorks appointments and insurance plan info. Price is very fair for the work the AI agent does. **What do you dislike about Stratus AI?** not much! I'd say, if it were perfect they would export to our form used in our office. But that's a minimial complaint. Also I hope they add on the ability to know if our office is in or out of network and get both breakdowns. **What problems is Stratus AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time.
