Strattic is super fast, super secure Wordpress hosting that's great value and really simple to use. The customer support is absolutely top tier, the team are fantastic and always quick to respond. The content management process can be slightly more complex as you're pushing from a single environment to preview/live and it's very easy, when you have a lot of content editors, for something to accidentally be pushed live when it shouldn't be. It's taking the hassle out of wordpress hosting, I spend less time stressing over security and having to immediately update the platform and plugins. Some adjustments are needed to facilitate their product, but they have excellent docs and guidance to assist. Once you know what needs to be done, it's pretty straightforward.
