**What do you like best about Strama AI?**

Organization not only for customers but internally as a team. The helpfulness on notes and making sure you don't miss anything in the meeting. The system generating reasonable tasks after the meeting is a very nice feature as well. Kevin and Eric have been amazing and the open line of communication and customer support is 2nd to none.

**What do you dislike about Strama AI?**

I would like to get emails and non recorded calls being able to implement into the system. Right now, we are connected via Netsuite so with that, if all notes could be transferred that would be helpful.

**What problems is Strama AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization, staying on task, and keeping track of my largest opportunites and making sure I don't lose sight of what is important. It also notifying me when a task isn't complete in time or assigning it to others. This tool has been a gamechanger.
