First, the bulk message scheduling feature is limited. Currently, we can only send messages immediately or set a single future send time—we can’t schedule recurring messages (e.g., weekly progress updates to clients) or set time windows for message delivery (e.g., sending updates only during business hours to avoid disturbing clients outside work). This means we sometimes have to manually send recurring updates, adding extra administrative work.
