Their team is helpful with any problems we run into and has helped us implement different maps across different sites. So grateful for their team! We use this map constantly to help customers, and I know they do too. It's incredibly easy to integrate. Thank you, Storemapper! **What do you dislike about Storemapper?** There isn't anything we dislike about Storemapper. Just grateful for their services and their team. **What problems is Storemapper solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a brand that uses this map in multiple different ways on multiple different sites. After a couple of years using Storemapper, we've only had to reach out once for support -- our question was answered lightning-quick by a friendly, helpful rep (thank you, Sophie)! **What do you dislike about Storemapper?** This hardly counts as an issue because it has no affect on our ability to use the app, but it would be great to be able to change the names of our Categories after we make them. That's all! **What problems is Storemapper solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Storemapper to map our Brand Ambassadors and product demo locations. I think it is really easy to use, with the sync feature for Google Docs, updating is a snap. **Recommendations to others considering Storemapper:** We couldn't ask for better customer service and a competent product - and highly recommend this location tool for anyone needing a store locator for a website. **What problems is Storemapper solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bottom line, we need a store locator map for our growing business.
