Store Stash Reviews & Product Details

Store Stash is all-in-one moving company software built for moving and storage companies in the United States. It covers local moves, long-distance interstate moves, and storage-in-transit in a single system, replacing the mix of spreadsheets, group chats, and paper paperwork that most movers still run on. The office builds the job — customer, lane, cubic feet, pickup date, and ready-for-delivery date — then dispatches it to the right driver. Store Stash ranks available drivers by lane coverage, delivery deadline, and remaining truck capacity, and hard-blocks any offer that would exceed capacity. Pickup and delivery are dispatched as separate legs, so a long-distance move handled by two different drivers is modeled correctly instead of being forced into one assignment. Drivers work from an iOS and Android app that enforces proof. A shipment cannot advance past pickup, storage, or delivery without the required photos, which is what settles damage claims months later. Crews capture storage units and access codes on site, collect payment, and keep working offline — actions queue locally and sync automatically on reconnect, which matters in warehouses and rural lanes with no signal. The office side includes live GPS fleet tracking, in-app office-to-driver messaging, ready-for-delivery reminders, a weekly dispatch calendar, and full storage facility and unit management with encrypted, audit-logged access codes. Payments are tracked at three points — pickup, storage, and delivery — so nobody has to reconcile what was collected in the field against what was invoiced. Accounting and payroll are built in rather than bolted on: expenses with an approval workflow, attendance tracking, employee payroll on day rate, hourly with overtime, or salary, carrier closing sheets and settlement, and a monthly profit and loss summary. Reporting covers payments, driver activity, and storage utilization. A claims and court module tracks damage claims from filing through settlement or litigation, linked to the photo trail captured by the driver app, so a disputed move has its evidence in one place. Every company's data is isolated at the database level, enforced for both reads and writes, not just hidden in the interface. Pricing is published on the website rather than hidden behind a sales call: Basic at $149 per month includes five office seats, and Premium at $175 per month includes unlimited office seats plus live tracking, messaging, expenses, attendance, and accounting. Both plans include unlimited drivers, and both start with a 7-day free trial that requires no credit card and no setup fee. Store Stash is best suited to US moving and storage companies running anywhere from a single crew to a multi-lane interstate operation with storage-in-transit — teams that want dispatch, proof of delivery, storage, and payroll in one system instead of four.
