The UI for the application is simple and usable hence operations are hassle-free. One imp feature that i like the most is the ability to add products by importing a wide range of file types and also I can edit the products on the go. **What do you dislike about Store Manager for Magento?** This product is missing integration with Zoho Books. This is not a string point to dislike as I think this will come into a small audience only. Since my accounts were managed using Zoho books I really missed this feature. **What problems is Store Manager for Magento solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Magento web admin panel UI is very complicated and it will take months to get used to it. Also, the functionality is limited to some extend and we need to rely on extensions for any additional feature required. But in the Magento store manager, the UI is simple and intuitive. There is an entire wiki for help and documentation, as well as pretty quick support. We use the bridge connection rather than the direct database connection. This allows me to make all necessary changes locally using the software, and then post those changes in bulk once I'm ready. **What do you dislike about Store Manager for Magento?** I have found a bit of a language barrier at times for support, and you have to pay once a year to continue receiving updates. I have had some issues figuring out proper configuration of import templates for things like images, etc. But it's easy enough to fix any issues once the import is complete and prior to posting the changes across the bridge connection. **Recommendations to others considering Store Manager for Magento:** It's a no brainer, if you're managing a large catalog of products, many customers, or high volume of orders in bulk, you must have this tool. **What problems is Store Manager for Magento solving and how is that benefiting you?** Importing apparel into Magento in bulk instead of having to do it one by one. ### 11. The main feature we use is for bulk product updates. Imports / Exports / and Product Updates are faster to make and easier to do using this tool. In addition to this core feature, we use the apps Amazon, eBay, and Doba integrations to make our workflow smoother by using less tools. **What do you dislike about Store Manager for Magento?** Due to the sophisticated nature of the app, and the deep functionality it has, this app is not for beginners. You need to know what's going on within Magento, how to use data handling best practices, and make sure you backup what you have online before making any changes. It's easy to wipe out or overwrite the data you want to keep with updates you don't want to make. Be careful... with power comes responsibility. **Recommendations to others considering Store Manager for Magento:** Store Manager is a great product and if you have more than a few dozen SKU's to manage, it's well worth the investment. The app is feature rich and allows near total data manipulation for products. The faster you can get new products online or update information on existing products, the more sales you will have. Store Manager makes these efficiencies happen. Also, using fewer apps makes life easier, and by providing so many features, Store Manager allows us to consolidate the number of apps we use. The price, it must be said, is a bit high at the beginning, but then there are no additional costs apart from the cost of updates, which are optional, although for the very low cost they have, they are really worth purchasing. The various available addons are extremely useful, especially the eBay one that allows you to send all the products present on PrestaShop directly to your online eBay store, but also the automatic product import module to create cron jobs on the various import profiles of your CSV files. There are also others that I would like to try soon, like the PDF catalogue that allows you to generate a PDF price list of all the products present in the store. **What do you dislike about Store Manager for Magento?** There are many limitations, especially in various addons like the one for eBay, which do not fully integrate all eBay functions, such as VAT code management, for example. Additionally, the addons cannot be used if you purchase the additional workstation version of the store manager. **Recommendations to others considering Store Manager for Magento:** I started learning about this program from an advertisement on the forms and the opportunity to try the trial version for free. There are no complicated installation tricks, you get it set up within minutes. I have immense database and great deal of categories so for me quick product search is a big plus. Product import is fast and when it comes to updating I can complete it having several fields in the file, instead of hundred records. I can’t but mention configurable product management conveniences. I am a store owner and it is critical for me to keep everything under control. I used some reports to see products selling best and I saw other reports there.
