Along with our architechture and the technology that Storage Guardian has provided us to backup our clients systems, it has always allowed us a 100% recovery. In addition to the technology on the human side Storage Guardian always has someone knowledgeable available to support us when a disaster has occured and we have needed the expertise with restoring the systems. **What do you dislike about Storage Guardian?** The only issue I find with Storage Guardian is when a total disaster recovery is required, which entails creating a new base system to start the restore processes. That is not necessarily a drawback as most backup solutions function in similar ways, but it can be time consuming. **What problems is Storage Guardian solving and how is that benefiting you?** Compliance is the biggest challenge with Health Care entities. Storage Guardian has made our healt care clients compliance processes easy to maintain and document. ### 2. They have always been availible and suggest options that I may not have considered, assisted with getting us the best solutions possible and confirming they are operational during setup then following up to confirm continued operation while keeping support lines open should we need them. The perfect combo! Often no communications are required do to the ease of use, so that keeps costs down, but when required, the support team is ready to assist. My clients are happy with all the features we are able to utilize with SG which helps to intigrate many of them into each package - and use them often! I need backup and monitoring for my business; after reaching out to them, I was able to get everything up and running very quickly. Their technical staff was professional and walked me through the whole process. Been using their system for a while now, I have an overview of my system on their portal and receive constant updates from their tech team. If I have any questions or issues, their support is always responsive to help me resolve my issues. Definitely recommend them for your backup and monitoring needs. **What do you dislike about Storage Guardian?** Nothing negative to say. They have provided excellent services. The pricing can be considered a little higher, but their value-add and support is more than enough to justify it. **What problems is Storage Guardian solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have a business that requires DR and monitoring of my system. I have not directly used it but my previous organization used it. I have heard that it is very good is compare with other Raas services. It also provides good security service. **What do you dislike about Storage Guardian?** Their service price is slightly high. This is the major problem. It only provides a cloud-based backup service and I don't know about their agency employee size and how they operate but their customer service is not much good. **What problems is Storage Guardian solving and how is that benefiting you?** Whenever you think about backup your data to the cloud safely and securely then Storageguardian is one of the good service. We can use it for big and small organizations. Not recommended for single users. ### 11. They assign a tech to you and are available at all times until the systems are back up. We conducted a test DR scenario for our infrastrcuture. **What do you dislike about Storage Guardian?** We don't have an Azure subscription. So, having access to an admin console where you can set up your DR environment beforehand in the event of a real DR or for periodic testing would be a bonus. Otherwise, there is nothing to dislike. **What problems is Storage Guardian solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been backing up our servers using Veeam locally then replicating them to StorageGuardian at a very reasonable speed. Restoring files during tests are also very smooth and fast. ### 12.
