In our case we utilize VMWare Hypervisors in all of our clients which has allowed us to better leverage the disaster recovery process. Along with our architechture and the technology that Storage Guardian has provided us to backup our clients systems, it has always allowed us a 100% recovery.

The only issue I find with Storage Guardian is when a total disaster recovery is required, which entails creating a new base system to start the restore processes. I have worked with the Storage Guardian team cominig up to 6 years next month! They have always been availible and suggest options that I may not have considered, assisted with getting us the best solutions possible and confirming they are operational during setup then following up to confirm continued operation while keeping support lines open should we need them. The perfect combo!

Often no communications are required do to the ease of use, so that keeps costs down, but when required, the support team is ready to assist.

My clients are happy with all the features we are able to utilize with SG which helps to intigrate many of them into each package - and use them often!
