The best thing simply is the fact that by doing the right thing in your employment and getting recognized for it you actually get to contribute to making the environment better. Honestly there is nothing to dislike, why would their be as you get to do the right thing by doing the right thing, the only thing further to that would be to send a bi-weekly reminder for people to do it but that is more employer focused.
