Every seed also at last become a tree, so whenever we get seed we can plant. The part that I like the most, is the statistics, especially because knowing how many recognitions I have received and how many trees I have planted during a month makes me realize the great things I am doing and the actual impact I am making not only in my job but the world by compensating with my carbon offset. **What do you dislike about Evergreen?** Using it is super easy, I wouldn't change anything. Personally, as I really like the sustainable side of it, I would like to know more facts about how the trees are being planted or tips on how to compensate for our carbon footprint in our daily life as a team, and maybe who on the team is the Carbonoffset leader, as a funny thing. **What problems is Evergreen solving and how is that benefiting you?** Working remotely sometimes can be difficult if we are not being in communication with the team, but now we feel more aware and motivated of all the work we are doing. ### 43. Internally we could do a better job at promoting this tool. **What problems is Evergreen solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recognizing colleagues was a multistep process, using forms and other tools outside of Slack. With Evergreen you can recognize colleagues without leaving Slack or using external tools. ### 45.
