It brings quoting, job management, scheduling, production, inventory, and installation together in one system, which has made it much easier for our team to stay organized. The interface is clean and easy to use, and the software keeps improving with regular updates. Their support team is excellent—they listen to feedback, respond quickly, and are willing to work with customers to improve the platform. It has helped us streamline our workflow and manage projects more efficiently. **What do you dislike about Stonify?** Since Stonify is a newer platform, there are still features and integrations that I'd like to see added. Occasionally we need a workaround for certain workflows, but the biggest positive is that the development team listens to customer feedback and continuously improves the software. Updates are released regularly, and many suggestions are actually implemented, which gives us confidence that the platform will continue to grow with our business. **What problems is Stonify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Stonify, we relied on multiple systems and manual processes to manage our jobs. Stonify has centralized our quoting, job tracking, scheduling, production, inventory, and installation workflow into one platform. I don't have to jump between separate apps to track different parts of my workflow — it's all connected, so information flows naturally from one piece to the next. That integration saves me a surprising amount of time and mental overhead day to day. **What do you dislike about Stonify?** This answer is subjective to our company, but the switch to Stonify was rough at first — my company's old setup was pretty loosely organized, so moving into a system with this much structure and process meant relearning how we did things almost from scratch. It wasn't the fault of Stonify, but the learning curve was steep since we were essentially building organizational habits we never had before. **What problems is Stonify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inventory tracking, CRM, and the financials have been made much easier and clearer than ever before. In our industry, there are a lot of moving parts—quoting, slab inventory, scheduling, production, and installation planning—and it’s easy for details to get lost as work moves between departments. Stonify helps pull those pieces together so our team has a clearer understanding of where each job stands, what needs attention, and how one department’s work affects the next step. As a result, it’s been easier for us to stay organized, communicate more effectively, and keep jobs moving in the right direction. **What do you dislike about Stonify?** There isn’t much I can say I truly dislike about Stonify. The main adjustment for our team has simply been getting everyone comfortable using one system consistently. That kind of change takes time, but Stonify has been supportive during onboarding, so it feels more like a normal part of the transition than an actual downside. **What problems is Stonify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Stonify is helping us solve the problem of having too many moving parts spread across different departments.
