What I like most is having everything in one place. We can see stock across all our locations and manage purchasing, transfers, and warehouse operations without having to jump between different systems or spreadsheets.

Some parts of Stok.ly can feel a bit overcomplicated, and they take longer to learn than they probably need to. There are also a few workflows where small tweaks could save a lot of clicks and make day-to-day tasks much quicker.

The multi-location inventory visibility and the warehouse stock app are the standout for us. Barcode scanning keeps our pick accuracy high and gets orders out the door quickly. The initial setup takes some care. Getting sales channels and customer/delivery records configured the right way isn't always obvious at first, and a few things are easier to do directly in the UI than via import. Stok.ly have created a really user-friendly platform that ensures everyone in the business can learn and use this in there day to day job, incorporating all areas of the business from our shop staff to our warehouse staff. It has easy integration across all the platforms we use, allowing us to manage stock in 2 locations, all drawing from the same warehouse. This really revolutionised the way our staff pick products, eliminating the need for paper, pen and clipboard faff. The great order management allows us to seamlessly process our orders across various platforms such as our website, eBay and Amazon, ensuring there are no stock clashes. As great as all the integration is with Stok.ly, my only minor issue is the lack of integration with TikTok shop, meaning I have to manually place orders, which isn't the most detrimental issue in the world, however, it is a minor inconvenience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s been a great addition to our business. The UI, along with the seamless integrations, has been invaluable for streamlining our day-to-day processes and keeping our workflow running smoothly. The ease of all our inventory in one place, Stock is pushed up to our sales channels, 1 system does most of our work, and makes our lifes easier. Stok.ly takes away the need for another memeber of staff. Stock feeds from our suppliers are handled within Stok.ly making sure we dont oversell any products. Customer service could be improved, however over the past few months they have taken on baord everything we have said and have made changes, and since then it has got a lot better.
