I can able to get a clear view on a company performance which helps me to make trade decisions. **What do you dislike about StockCharts?** Eventhough it has number of options, few more customization is required. **What problems is StockCharts solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an invester it is very helpful to idenify the performance and technicals of a company so I can make decisions for buying or hedging. ### 2. Overall I'm pretty happy with their service given the price point and my usage requirements. **What do you dislike about StockCharts?** Some of the aggregation metrics aren't "finalized" until the next day, so if you're looking to make investment decisions based on a given day's data point, you could end up making a decision based on incomplete data. I reached out to the support staff to understand what other metrics were like they, but they never responded. **What problems is StockCharts solving and how is that benefiting you?** Gives people an easy way to access clean financial market data. ### 3.
