I am not huge on the sidebar menu it uses. Can sometimes have a few issues with so much information on a menu. I don't have any other complaints. It's pretty simple to use. I don’t like the price point- if I was a business, I would probably use a free version considering there are other apps that can be used that are comparable in what they can do. If you are a business debating on whether or not to purchase it, see if there is a free version first before spending the money. Otherwise, spend the money, because it is still a great tool.
