## About StellaJourney
StellaJourney is a client portal and client onboarding platform for agencies, professional services teams and service-based businesses. It provides a shared workspace where businesses and their clients can manage onboarding, project requirements and ongoing service delivery without relying on scattered email threads, spreadsheets or separate file-sharing tools. Each client engagement in StellaJourney is organised as a Journey. A Journey can contain tasks, forms, file requests, discussions, due dates, owners and status information, giving both the internal team and the client a clear view of what has been completed, what is still required and who needs to act next. Businesses can create reusable Journey templates for repeatable processes such as client onboarding, website projects, consulting engagements, account setup or ongoing service delivery. When a new client starts, a fresh Journey can be created from the relevant template rather than rebuilding the process each time. Key capabilities include: • Client tasks, forms and structured file requests • Reusable Journey templates • Client and team discussions connected to the relevant work • Task ownership, due dates and status tracking • Internal tasks and notes that remain private from clients • Branded client portals using the business's own logo • Support for multiple clients and team members without per-seat pricing • An MCP server for connecting StellaJourney with compatible AI assistants • API and webhook access for integrations and workflow automation StellaJourney is designed to help teams reduce time spent chasing clients for information, prevent requests and files from becoming lost in email, and make it easier for clients to understand what is expected of them. The platform can be used from initial onboarding through to ongoing client delivery, allowing businesses to maintain a consistent client experience while keeping internal and client-facing work organised in one place. StellaJourney plans start at $29 per month and are based on the number of active clients rather than the number of team members.
