Their reporting could be AMAZING! But sometimes the reports/information I need isn't there. I don't like that invoices once posted are law and cannot be edited. I love that it has has much information about each of our patients right where we need it. It's very useful and convenient for me to make sure everyone stays on top of their payments. Managing your way through the site is extremely easy, as everything is where it needs to be. It's also very aesthetically pleasing if that's a thing for something but definitely for me! Payments and status of patients can change frequently and you want to make sure that no one is delinquent on your behalf from being careless in checking up on people. The Fusebill software allows our pricing model to change; which is a great benefit to our service as we continuous expand our offering. The recurring billing process works well, as intended. The best part about Fusebill is the ease of use. There are lots of other software companies looking to achieve something similar, but Fusebill is by far the best. I also appreciate that FuseBill is always looking to improve. They are constantly looking to iterate on past developments and seeking feedback. That said, I do use the customer dashboard on a daily basis. I think that FuseBill can advance its customer dashboard display to include more pertinent items and views regarding subscriptions and accounting. Accuracy of the recurring billing, reporting, customer self service portal, accessibility. Customer service is huge to me. I feel Fusebill really shines in that aspect. There is clear communication. When there is a change in the billing date, it does not create a 30 grace period between billing periods. For example, it is 9/7/2018 I want to change the payment due date to the 15th of the month. When I make that update the bill date will be 9/15/2018. The customer gets billed twice in that month. Drop downs would be nice for prevention of inaccurate data that can be entered. Recommendations to others considering Stax Bill (formerly Fusebill): Our company interviewed three of the major recurring system platforms that are available, including Fusebill. Our team which consists of our CFO, PJ manager, legal consul, accounting dept and IT chose Fusebill because they could meet the specific needs for each dept. Fusebill was a clear choice and we couldn't be happier! The communication was clear during the interview process and through the on-boarding. I can honestly say that because of Fusebill and what they have to offer our company has seen substantial growth customer retention, which has increased our revenue. The ease of the recurring billing, payment gateways and being PCI compliant creates a stress-free process to manage. Fusebill also has a fast response time to questions or request. You get to talk to the IT dept, which is knowledgeable, attentive with a fast response time. I cannot say enough good things about Fusebill and what they have to offer! Our company recommends Fusebill above anything else that is offered on the market! If you want to save money in overhead cost, want accurate billing, polished customer self-service portal, accessible reports that reflect live data, don't waste your time with anyone else, go with Fusebill!
