# Can you send us emails to let us know that accounts have been suspended/canceled? That way we can immediately call or discuss with them upon next visit.

During one occasion, a month after purchase, a patient cancelled their subscription. During the next appointment, consultant had no clue (because they were not proactive on Fusebill) and did not discuss why it was cancelled.
By receiving emails/notifications, consultants can take note and contact or discuss why; to overall show, yes we saw that and yes it is very important we consider you continuing to have your subscription.

Great question. Not only can you customize the email template that will be sent to your customer detailing a cancellation or suspension, but you can add any email address to the BCC field, which would notify those email addresses of the cancellation as well. This is configured under Settings>Branding>Outgoing Emails and editing each individual email you'd like to modify. Ex Customer Suspend or Subscription Cancellation.
