"Easy-to-Use Reporting with Powerful Integrations and Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

Easy to use interface, broad set up reporting capabilities and an incredibly helpful and supportive. There ability to integrate with other key platforms such as LiveRamp and Freshpaint has been key to our continued success and expansion across the StackAdapt platform.

Through these integrations we've been able to improve reporting and performance metrics to demonstrate new approaches to media management and optimization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I think they can do somewhat of a better job of segmenting capabilities and campaigns with an interface. It can sometimes be difficult for lighter users to efficiently find campaigns or business units in the way there interface filters campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boutique Service with Remarkable Attribution and Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I really appreciate the amazing local support StackAdapt provides in London. The platform helps us prove attribution models outside of major platforms like Google and Meta. The team, especially Jonny Hill and Reece, has been fantastic and feels like an extension of our team. StackAdapt's boutique service and alignment with our KPIs have been key factors in our choice, and the conversion rate (CVR) has been the best we've ever seen for our client. The support from Jonny and Reece was instrumental in helping us launch our campaigns quickly, following just two workshops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Media Buying, Needs Better CTV Clarity"
3.5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I like the personal team management feature on StackAdapt the most. It really helps since the platform is large and can be overwhelming at first. I also appreciate that the questions are answered directly and options are provided beyond my current understanding, helping me to get a better sense of StackAdapt's capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I was slightly misled with the CTV placements within live broadcasts before buying the spots. I didn't realize the inventory would be so limited that nearly half of my allocated budget went unspent. I'm glad I didn't rely solely on CTV for site traffic and leads during that event since the ad rarely delivered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy its targeting capabilities, like account-based targeting and contextual targeting, as well as the dashboard that allows me to easily find and optimize campaign inventory and supplies. The targeting options, such as contextual, interest-based, and retargeting, help me reach more relevant audiences, improving efficiency and performance. The initial setup was straightforward, making campaign creation, targeting, and creative uploads easy, allowing us to get campaigns live quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

Reporting customization could be improved as some deeper insights require exports or extra steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Setup and Client Metrics Made Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I use StackAdapt for programmatic advertising for clients. I find it super easy to set up and track metrics. I like the home page where I can see all of the main metrics, and the footfall attribution is a cool feature. It really helps to show clients how many customers actually showed up to their in-person store. The initial setup was super easy, and I would definitely recommend StackAdapt to a friend or colleague. What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I don't like how small the font is in the platform. It definitely needs to be bigger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- The platform is intuitive, our team are able to pick up new elements of the platform very easily

- New solutions like engagement lift have been exceptionally helpful for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

None come to mind - however I have not used other DSPs before so have limited experience. As someone who hasn't used DSPs, I found this exceptionally easy to use and learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best DSP I Have Tried Thus Far for Multi-Channel Marketing"
4.5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I work at a marketing agency and we use StackAdapt regularly. I like that it coalesces a lot of different channel options in one place, allowing us to run OTT and CTV, Display, Digital OOH, streaming audio, and podcast bumpers all from one place. The interface is pretty easy to use, and their support is excellent, which isn't something I find with Google Ads or Facebook. The third-party audiences are quite powerful with a lot of placement options, giving me confidence that our ads are appearing on sites people actually visit. Also, I value the third-party audiences because they let me target audience segments with verified data that are difficult to find on platforms like Meta Ads. The forecasting tools are also invaluable, helping to give budget recommendations to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

The user interface has a lot of options and a lot of different things to check or select. Which is good for control and granularity but can be intimidating if you are new to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-Changer in Customer Service and Campaign Support"
5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I really appreciate StackAdapt's customer service. It's been a game changer for us to have someone available to talk things through and assist with projections and providing new ideas. Having a live person to speak to is very helpful, especially compared to previous experiences where we didn't get responses. The process of setting up StackAdapt was also very easy, thanks to the support of a former employee who is now with them, making the transition pretty seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I think there's some technical things that we're working through with them, but I think as they grow, they're catching up and always taking recommendations on what could be changed. Everything that we have run into has been handled. There was a frequency issue, being able to stack frequencies on a daily, monthly, weekly basis, and across the campaign as something they didn't have before, but they have put into practice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile Platform with Great Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I love the versatility StackAdapt provides in inventory, allowing us to serve a variety of different ad types. The wide array of audience and prospecting tools, like third-party segments, is something I really appreciate as it helps us reach segments we couldn't on other platforms. I also like the creative builder and reporting functionalities. The ability to build display ads directly in the platform without requiring extensive effort to build inventory is a significant plus. Additionally, our account team is super helpful in navigating any hurdles, which made the setup experience great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I think it could be super helpful for the platform to have some type of AI integration that would allow some kind of optimizationn scoring on the campaign to help us drive more useful creatives and strategies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
