SquadTrip Reviews & Product Details

SquadTrip is booking and payment software for people who sell group trips: retreat hosts, tour operators, travel agencies, creators and destination wedding planners. Organizers build a trip page with the itinerary, packages and prices, then share one link. Travelers choose a package, answer registration questions, sign waivers and pay on that page, either in full or with a deposit and a payment plan that charges their card automatically on schedule. Money goes to the organizer's own Stripe account, with daily payouts to their bank. From the dashboard, organizers see who has paid and what each traveler booked. They can set limits on spots, packages and add-ons, send automatic emails and text reminders, manage disputes, and export the data hotels and suppliers need. Travelers get a portal to review the itinerary, manage their payments and buy add-ons. Organizers can also embed booking pages on their own website and track bookings from affiliates and traveler referral links. The Starter plan is free. Each payment carries one 6% processing fee that includes Stripe's card fees, which organizers can pass to travelers or build into the trip price. The Launch plan ($29/month) adds custom brand colors, scheduled emails, unlimited text messages and more team members. More than 4,000 organizers have booked over 50,000 travelers with SquadTrip.
