**What do you like best about SpyCloud?**

Spycloud was straightforward to implement and integrated seamlessly with AD. Our sales team provided excellent customer support, and impressively, the product was operational even before we finalized the purchase. The wide range of features focused on user identity has enabled us to monitor and address many compromised credentials within our environment. Product is also vert simple to use on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about SpyCloud?**

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about SpyCloud. It has fully addressed the use cases we required, and the team keeps enhancing the product by introducing new features.

**What problems is SpyCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Dark Web Monitoring feature and the reporting on user credential compromises are both valuable aspects. They help keep me informed about potential security risks related to my accounts.

**What do you like best about SpyCloud?**

What I like most about SpyCloud is that it displays your personal as well as organizational risk posture in a clean and easy-to-understand UI. It greatly helps reduce the risk of Accounts being compromised. What stands out most, however, is that they are very quick to report on the breached data, thereby enabling prompt action.

**What do you dislike about SpyCloud?**

I haven't had any significant issues with SpyCloud so far.

**What problems is SpyCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

These days, cyber-attacks are more prevalent than ever and staying on top of breaches to minimize their impact is essential. SpyCloud helps our clients take care of that and prevent any significant fallout.

**What do you like best about SpyCloud?**

SpyCloud's ATO API and the NIST API allow us to enforce good password hygiene amongst our customers. Their other products, such as AD Guardian, Investigations, VIP, Domain protection, to name a few, allow us to form a holistic layer to protect our business as a whole.

**What do you dislike about SpyCloud?**

Because we purchased so many of the modules SpyCloud offers, it was difficult for us to implement all at once. I would suggest if you decide to buy multiple offerings, have a plan to implement in layers.

**What problems is SpyCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are protecting our consumers from themselves. We have found that over 90% of ATO attempts are directly correlated to severe password reuse. We allow customers to store payment and loyalty points on their profile; protecting that is vitally important. Despite iOS and Google telling consumers their logins and passwords are in data breaches, consumers are not connecting the dots that using a password over and over across sites is extremely risky.

**What do you like best about SpyCloud?**

Turn around after leaks happen is very quick and details. Often get my leaked information before I hear about it in the news. More information and leaks are covered than competing products that I've tested. Easy to use interface and export functionality. Can easily cover per email or for entire domains with pricing that doesn't break the bank.

**What do you dislike about SpyCloud?**

There is nothing specific with the platform that I don't like.

**What problems is SpyCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to keep a close eye on password leaks across all our web properties and accounts. We can promptly reset passwords and know who was involved in leaks using their work or personal emails if provided. It also allows us to make sure passwords aren't being leaked from our transactional websites. We can take a proactive stance on password security and responsible disclosure if an application is impacted internally.

**What do you like best about SpyCloud?**

SpyCloud helps us effectively reducing the risk of Account Take Over with its continuously data breach monitoring. The Active Directory Guardian automates all we need and is easy to maintain with very few effort. A small feature I really appreciate is the Executive report - it enables me to quickly report the current status as well as the value of SpyCloud to our management.

**What do you dislike about SpyCloud?**

The Active Directory Guard have had some issues in the upgrade process in the past - there is place for improvement to make the process more smooth.

**What problems is SpyCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SpyCloud minimizes the risk of Account Take Over in our company. The automation reduces human interaction to a low effort.

**What do you like best about SpyCloud?**

- Proper API documentation and example code
- Knowledgeable contacts at the organization willing to share information/code
- Breach details that are not known publicly yet

**What do you dislike about SpyCloud?**

- API response data disorganized (data responses don't return the same fields, is depending on data available) 
- Limited API features (No user management, filtering of data types)
- No method to close out the alerts that are processed. It still says in the portal "you have X passwords exposed"

**Recommendations to others considering SpyCloud:**

The data received on breaches is private, so there is minor damage (yet) which is a benefit for your employees and customers that you monitor. The API allows for a ton of automation, so use it! Also, consider analyzing the data with a Jupyter notebook for correlations and other useful insights. The team at Spycloud can help with that

- Informing employees of account compromise, automated
- Infected employees are pushed to the analysis pipeline automatically

**What do you like best about SpyCloud?**

It expands your visibility of compromised user passwords beyond your own systems and applications. Like it or not, employees use a variety of third-party services and re-use passwords. This lets you know when their credentials are compromised and with their ADG product you can be alerted if the password matches your domain user passwords.

**What do you dislike about SpyCloud?**

As more organizations deploy MFA and other relatively effective ATO controls, the price point may make it harder for smaller organizations to justify.

**What problems is SpyCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitor for known data breaches and protect against password re-use.

**What do you like best about SpyCloud?**

SpyCloud has access to data that no other vendor has due to their HUMINT operations. This allows us visibility into potential account takeover situations for our employees before they are able to happen. Aside from this, SpyCloud has excellent customer service and support, and responds quickly and efficiently to any requests or issues we might have.

**What do you dislike about SpyCloud?**

The only downside is the cost. With an organization as large as ours, deploying to all domains has been cost-prohibitive. I will say, however, that sales has done as much as they can to work with us and continues to do so as we work on our coverage.

**Recommendations to others considering SpyCloud:**

Make sure you have your Identity team involved from the beginning - through the PoV, implementation, and administration. SpyCloud tools can help them make informed decisions regarding policy and controls.

**What problems is SpyCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The SpyCloud products have helped us keep our employees secure by quickly alerting us to improper password resets using previous exposed or weak credentials. We have also been able to fine tune our standards and help guide our Identity team in selecting controls to help prevent issues in the future.

**What do you like best about SpyCloud?**

I like the data that spycloud provides. They have the best data in the industry, allowing for the fastest response time. I really appreciate the work the spycloud team does to search the dark web and engage us, above and beyond just sharing data, when something is critical.

**What do you dislike about SpyCloud?**

I really don't dislike anything from SpyCloud. They are continuously helping and supporting our mission to protect our customers.

**What problems is SpyCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to get more proactive in account compromises allowing us to reset passwords in scenarios proactively. We really appreciate being able to protect our customers before an account compromise allows a customer account lead to lose.

**What do you like best about SpyCloud?**

This service scours a ton of sources and lets us know when credentials are breached. We can therefore potentially head off an inevitable compromise before it even happens.

**What do you dislike about SpyCloud?**

A lot of the results are older, even years. When my organization resets passwords every 180 days, I'm not actually all that concerned about 3-year-old compromised creds. So some manual verification/weeding is necessary.

**What problems is SpyCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pre-emptive measures can be taken. Combine this with AD Guardian, and I can potentially get rid of all poorly-chosen passwords to begin with.
