It's an easy to use platform for managing and hosting videos with a few basic extras to create a little bit more audience engagement like in-player CTAs and lead capture tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't all that much to dislike in regards to value for money what I would like to see is a little bit more ability to customize the player interface in regards to colours and appearance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For that price, you won´t find a service that includes call to actions, lead capture and analytics. I like the player and the customization, and the ease to embed in any player Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love to see more integrations like Facebook pixels, if you could integrate that, the service would be 10/10. I need to apply code, that I don´t know, in order to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface has been easy to use, and the API documentation has made that integration relatively straightforward as well. All in all the service does exactly what we need and at a reasonable price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I own a small software services company, and have used SproutVideo for approx. eight years. In addition to marketing videos I use it to share demonstration videos of software with clients that I store behind a password - the security and ease of watching are the best feature. I like the flexibility you can have re: individual logins, i.e. you can control access based on number of views, time/date, etc. So it is very easy to provide highly nuanced access to your content, making Sprout appropriate for many different functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A little bit more customisation for your landing page (i.e. what users see when they log in to view your videos) would be nice, but the existing templates do look professional and modern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
