**What do you like best about Sprockets?**

I find Sprockets to be a good tool for looking at applicants hired for our business. It helps us understand who ranks higher and who has submitted resumes. The ratings part of the applicants is really handy as it shows a good high possibility, which we use for selecting those in our pool to interview or review resumes. I also like that we receive notifications once an applicant puts through the application. Additionally, the setup process was real simple, and the team was readily available to help if needed. It was mostly set up, and we just had to input our basic information to import all we needed for the business.

**What do you dislike about Sprockets?**

I do not have any dislike of the product. It is too early in this stage for me to determine if there are any dislike of this product.

**What problems is Sprockets solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Sprockets to filter and rate applicants, helping us select the best fit for our business efficiently. It provides a pool of applicants and ratings to determine who we should interview.

**What do you like best about Sprockets?**

Candidates are contacted and scheduled without recruiter action necessary. Sprockets seamlessly integrates with outside ATS platforms.

**What do you dislike about Sprockets?**

There is an inability to manually edit which candidates are contacted on a granular level; the system requires either all candidates to be contacted or none, regardless of their current stage in the ATS.

This lack of control may cause confusion and additional work for candidates, particularly those who have already entered the onboarding process through the store before their information is retrieved by Sprockets.

**What problems is Sprockets solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The period of time from contact to scheduling is the biggest benefit. It is greatly reduced when compared to human recruiter times.

**What do you like best about Sprockets?**

Sprockets is very user-friendly and easy to use. It makes eases the interview process by sorting through applicants, ranking them, and autoscheduling interviews with management.

**What do you dislike about Sprockets?**

I don’t think there are any downsides to Sprockets that are unique to Sprockets specifically. The only real “downside” I see is that it can remove some of the human element from the recruitment process, especially during the initial phone screening.

It saves our management team time by filtering candidates and automatically scheduling interviews.

It’s easy to use for people at all tech levels, and it genuinely helps us find the best fit for our team.

At first, it was confusing for applicants to receive a follow-up text or email to complete the application process, but that issue has since been worked out.

It streamlines our hiring process by days. Sprockets helps us find the best employees, and it makes it easy for candidates to get interviewed quickly.

**What do you like best about Sprockets?**

I find Sprockets very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The ready-to-use templates make uploading a new job easy and effortless, saving me a lot of time in the recruitment process. The platform allows us to receive a more talented pool of applicants, which is invaluable. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, which made the transition smooth.

**What do you dislike about Sprockets?**

Direct communication with a rep linking Indeed and Sprockets together could be better. It would also be helpful to have a direct contact for each region with Sprockets.

**What problems is Sprockets solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I receive a more talented pool of applicants. It's user-friendly, makes new hire scheduling easier, and has ready-to-use templates that let me upload a job within minutes effortlessly.

**What do you like best about Sprockets?**

Sprockets is especially helpful when you’re dealing with over 100 applications, and the survey helps filter out people who might not be a great fit.

**What do you dislike about Sprockets?**

I would say that sometimes it lacks user error handling, because when a candidate completes it, their score doesn’t always appear and they have to retake the whole thing.

**What problems is Sprockets solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, I’d say it helps by adding an extra step to the “interview” process. If someone goes home and completes it, it makes me think they’re genuinely interested and able to follow directions.

**What do you like best about Sprockets?**

I like Sprockets because it simplifies our hiring process and makes managing applicants easier. It also helps keep our employees updated with company messages and simplifies sending happy birthday or work anniversary shoutouts. I appreciate its simplified streamline process and easy navigation, as well as its efficiency. The initial setup is very easy, which is a great bonus.

The ease of use for our front-line leaders. The app is easy to learn and allows the busy operations team to keep up with new applicants and interview appointments.

I know they are working on it, but some of the reporting leaves a little to be desired; however, they have been happy to help when asked for specific data.

They are designing tiered reporting to allow us to stratify the reports and data to specific areas within the org.

With our business operating more than 20 physical locations, each site receives applicant information directly through Sprockets. We also feel that Sprockets has helped us hire more qualified employees overall.

**What do you dislike about Sprockets?**

It seems that when changes need to be made within the program, the menus are difficult to locate and aren’t very straightforward to navigate.

The candidate screening process allows us to hire new employees who share the same desired traits as some of our best employees.

Sprockets really does help offload some stress from our General Managers when it comes to hiring.

**What do you dislike about Sprockets?**

The disconnect in our system with getting background checks sent out is a bit of a speed bump.

**What problems is Sprockets solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sprockets is getting to our applicants at the speed we wanted our General Managers to. So, we are responding to our applicants as fast as possible and getting interviews set up without stressing out our management.

**What do you like best about Sprockets?**

We have had it for over a year and saw no real value.

**What do you dislike about Sprockets?**

We have had the service for over a year and have seen no real value.  Should have cancelled a long time ago.  Tried to cancel today, and they said  "Your term is 3 months, and the accounting team needs to be notified of cancellation requests at least 30 days before the renewal for the next term. "

So they are charging us an extra 3 months because the 3-month term renewed yesterday.  What a joke.

It was supposed to help weed out the best applicants on indeed to save time.  It did not help.

**What do you like best about Sprockets?**

How accurate the scores were. I kept statistics on all of the applicants that completed a sprockets survey and what I found was an high score lead to a better caregiver some one who scored a 6 or above we had very little trouble with , that candidate showed up on time preformed excellent work and stayed with our company for a longer time.

**What do you dislike about Sprockets?**

I couldn't find a flaw that affected me and my ability to use these scores and products.

**What problems is Sprockets solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem I have in my field is finding reliable and long-serving candidates. With sprockets, it at least gave me a chance to find the best candidate for the role.

**What do you like best about Sprockets?**

The platform was very easy to use and we were able to implement it quickly. The information that we received allowed us to screen out applicants who were less likely to show up for interviews.

**What do you dislike about Sprockets?**

We were not getting the volume of applicants for our business. That did not allow for us to fully use all of the features Sprockets had to offer. This is more about the volume of applicants and much less about the platform. I had no complaints with the platform.

**What problems is Sprockets solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We appeared to have fewer no-show applicants for interviews when we used Sprockets.
