SpotFix AI Business Reviews & Product Details

Most service calls get dispatched on almost nothing. "AC not cooling" is often all the dispatcher knows, so the technician arrives without the right part and the job takes two visits. SpotFix AI collects the evidence first. You send the customer a secure link, no app or account needed, and they submit photos, video and answers to trade-specific questions from their phone. The AI reads the equipment nameplate for make, model and age, then identifies likely causes, parts to bring, estimated duration and safety flags. Your dispatcher reviews and approves every packet before a technician sees it. Nothing is automated past the point you're comfortable with. Built for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage door, irrigation and property maintenance. Integrates with Jobber, plus an API for other systems. Uploads are malware-scanned, intake links token-secured, access role-based. Free plan: 3 jobs a month, no card required.
