This simply means there is one simple location that individuals and their counterparties can create, edit, review and sign documents. Very responsive support and upper management. Significantly more economical than many Goliaths out there. Support is easy to reach with a quick slack integration. **What do you dislike about SpotDraft?** Not a regular user, but there's a struggle to find out what to do next. A workflow that shuttles the contract automatically between parties would make it much more usable. The product could have been designed like a wizard to show me exactly who does what after each stage. This part is not clear and we have to repeatedly ask support/legal (other parties on the contract) what to do next. Error messages need to be better and more accurate. If an email address does not exist, then that's what I'd expect to see. Instead, if I see a message that says mailbox is full, that confuses everyone involved. If a particular vendor is blocking the spotdraft domain, again, the error message should say that. Help me resolve an issue quickly.
