Very responsive support and upper management. Significantly more economical than many Goliaths out there. A workflow that shuttles the contract automatically between parties would make it much more usable. The product could have been designed like a wizard to show me exactly who does what after each stage. This part is not clear and we have to repeatedly ask support/legal (other parties on the conract) what to do next. Error messages need to be better and more accurate. If an email address does not exist, then that's what I'd expect to see. Instead, if I see a message that says mailbox is full, that confuses everyone involved. If a particular vendor is blocking the spotdraft domain, again, the error message should say that. Help me resolve an issue quickly. It needs to give some features like clause library as default inbuilt in the platform. **What problems is SpotDraft solving and how is that benefiting you?** As with the live updates I am getting via spot draft as to where the contract is stuck and with whom, and whether they have opened the mail for signing or not, this has been a very beneficial take for getting the agreement executed in time and this also provides a transparent and auditable history of all edits made. ### 37.
