What do you like best about SpotDraft?

Our team loves the edit in Word on Desktop functionality - we also love that all redlines and versions are shown and downloadable on the software itself. Training was quite easy to use for UI and functionality and the team over at Spotdraft is only improving the software every quarter. Our team is frequently using the software and with a new Salesforce integration we should be able to natively use the software in Salesforce soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotDraft?

A lot of workflows make sense but are not the most flexible - for example individual counterparty on a workflow means you can't add another counterparty or convert it to an organization as a counterparty causing the team to have to reupload a third party workflow.

The credit system is per click instead of per workflow and is not the most clear on how that process is credited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SpotDraft solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the strongest use cases of Spotdraft are in housing contracts throughout their lifecycle. This simply means there is one simple location that individuals and their counterparties can create, edit, review and sign documents. We used to spend hours on different versions and asking different team members where documents are. This also enables us to have one central location for communication and supporting documentation. The activity log is beneficial to our team if someone is on PTO or not available to answer questions then we are able to get a much clearer history of what is associated with that contract. "One Stop Shop for In-House Legal Teams"

What do you like best about SpotDraft?

This is the first time we have used a CLM tool and SpotDraft is an easy, legal friendly platform to manoeuver and integrate. It's a great repository with features ranging from simple drafting, conversion, comparison summaries and execution to metadata extraction with AI features. What do you dislike about SpotDraft?

One downside I experienced (maybe I am missing a feature), when you need to update a contract, I needed to delete the whole instance and create a new record with the updated file. if there was a way to edit the document directly, it would have been very helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Awesome tool to keep track of contracts"

What do you like best about SpotDraft?

Helped us streamlining our contract signing with End Customers. We are able to check contract Live status easily and it is a repository for all our contract documents. Implementation is easy and straight forward. We have intgrated the sytem with Salesforce for automatic emails and CRM related activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Excellent GUI and feature rich dashboard; We were using in-house build platform before we migrated to SpotDraft, i can see i have stopped spending hours of time to go through all previous contract, setting alerts for renewals, taking permission or approval from various team. What do you like best about SpotDraft?

I'm particularly impressed with SpotDraft's AI-powered features, especially the AI-assisted redlining. It significantly speeds up our contract review process. The centralized contract repository is also a huge plus, making it easy to find and manage all our agreements.
