Over the last year of using the platform, I have found that if we have any queries we are responded to very quickly by our account manager, and any technical issues are quickly picked up by that team. Most meaningfully, we have recently given feedback on platform features, were listened to, and their dev team rolled out a significant improvement within a very reasonable timeframe. They also kept us updated regularly throughout the process. Sponsorworks is also one of the most structurally reliable platforms I have worked with, especially for a smaller company. **What do you dislike about Sponsorworks Events Platform?** At times, the UX isn't as simple as it could be, and requires digging to find the function you're after. Communication around feature releases could be even clearer. **What problems is Sponsorworks Events Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sponsorworks often a solution to a unique need within the sponsorship industry, that I haven't seen offered by any other platform. The support that Katy provides as our Success Manager is second to none too, she's so full of knowledge and makes things I might find tricky to do so easy and she explains the solutions really well. **What do you dislike about Sponsorworks Events Platform?** The system can sometimes feel quite complex and to change something relatively small can sometimes feel like a bit of a task if you have to go in to various parts of the site (specific emails, colour schemes etc). Also sometimes when guests have been invited, the info icons next to their name of if they've received, opened the email etc can sometimes not update or it just says 'processing' which can be confusing. **What problems is Sponsorworks Events Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a live system where multiple people can access our assets and work on event collateral is really helpful in making our creatives consistent across all of our central hospitality assets. It is also a platform that offers so many great features, from automated emails, guest tracking and reporting.
