It is also a platform that offers so many great features, from automated emails, guest tracking and reporting. Over the last year of using the platform, I have found that if we have any queries we are responded to very quickly by our account manager, and any technical issues are quickly picked up by that team. Most meaningfully, we have recently given feedback on platform features, were listened to, and their dev team rolled out a significant improvement within a very reasonable timeframe. They also kept us updated regularly throughout the process. Sponsorworks is also one of the most structurally reliable platforms I have worked with, especially for a smaller company.
