For example, if I'm searching for a person with a common name, I might also have an old email address, old mailing address, or old phone number, but I can't search with multiple terms simultaneously. When searching for a common name, especially at a large residence with many units, I often have to give up because I can't specify a unit number easily, and there might be hundreds or thousands of names to sift through. Having to review pages of names by sight rather than quickly searching the database is really inefficient.
