Spika Tech Reviews & Provider Details

Spika Tech is a CRM implementation and optimization consultancy that specializes in helping fast-growing B2B SaaS companies get their sales technology working properly. They focus exclusively on businesses that have secured Series A-C funding and are scaling rapidly, typically from 50-300 employees. Unlike traditional CRM consultancies that simply implement what clients ask for, Spika operates as a strategic diagnostic partner. They dig into the real problems-whether that's the technology itself, broken processes, poor data quality, or (usually) a combination of all three. Our clients typically use Salesforce or HubSpot, but the platform isn't the issue; it's how it's been set up, maintained, and used. The business was founded because the founders saw a consistent pattern: growth-stage SaaS companies receive significant funding to expand their sales teams, but their CRM infrastructure hasn't kept pace. This creates a critical bottleneck right when the business needs to scale most. Spika exists to remove that bottleneck.
