**What do you like best about SpeechMotion Transcription Services?**

The software is easy to use and navigate, I was given very little training on how to use the software and was able to figure it quickly.  Service and support go above and beyond answering a telephone or e-mail. 

**What do you dislike about SpeechMotion Transcription Services?**

I can't say that I have had any issues with Speech Motion, if we have had problems it has been on our servers going down.

**Recommendations to others considering SpeechMotion Transcription Services:**

Software and customer service are experienced and they know what they are doing.

**What problems is SpeechMotion Transcription Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software is used by our radiologists for transcription and we use it to auto fax when reports are ready.
